Beef with vegetables and barbecue sauce

Tender meet with bell pepper slices and spicy sauce is the best choice for dinner to surprise your family or guests. The dish is soft, saturated and literally melts in your mouth!

Total time to cook beef with vegetables — 45 minutes.

Ingredients

  • beef (fillet) 450g
  • yellow zucchini (sliced diagonally) 1 piece
  • onion (thinly sliced) 1 piece
  • red bell pepper (thinly sliced) 1 piece
  • champignons 250g (thinly sliced)
  • grated ginger 1 teaspoon
  • ground garlic 1 piece
  • sesame ½ tablespoon
  • olive oil for frying
  • salt and paper to taste

For barbecue sauce

  • original barbecue sauce 3 tablespoons
  • maple syrup 3 tablespoons
  • soy sauce 2 tablespoons

Instruction

Mix all ingredients for sauce and cut beef fillet with thin slices. Heat a heavy frying pan on strong fire and add 1 tablespoon of oil. Add beef in preheated oil and fry 2-3 minutes not turning over. Then mix and fry another 2 minutes or almost to full readiness.

Add salt and pepper to taste, grated ginger, garlic and fry 1 minute. Add sauce to meat, mix and strew 2-3 minutes. Put meat into a plate and cover with a lid.

Warm 1 tablespoon of oil in the same pan. Add thinly sliced champignons and fry 5 minutes. Put mushrooms on a plate with beef. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Then put vegetables in preheated oil. Fry it well for 8 minutes or until golden brown. Add fried vegetables to champignons and beef. Pour 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, mix it well and stew 1-2 minutes. Put some sesame on it and serve with white rice.
