We are going to cook this appetizing fish. It is not just delicious but healthy dish which cooks surprisingly fast, contains lots of vitamins and charge you all day!
Total time to cook salmon fish — 35 minutes.
- salmon fish (fillets) 500g
- maple syrup ¼ cup
- soy sauce 2 tablespoons
- grated ginger 1 teaspoon
The first step
To cook salmon fish mix maple syrup with soy sauce and grated ginger. Then add fish and leave to marinade for 20 minutes.
The second step
Preheat grill in the oven. Meanwhile put salmon fish in a pan and cook it for 8-10 minutes or untill golden brown. Grease fish with marinade during baking.
The last step
Take out the fish, put it on a plate and decorate the dish at its own discretion. (Pour with sauce from a pan, add condiments to taste).
