Maple Syrup Chicken Kebab Recipe

For chicken kebab:

  • Chicken breast 6 pieces
  • pineapple 1 piece
  • jalapeno pepper 2 pieces
  • green cilantro 1 piece
  • red onion 1 piece
  • sugar 1 tablespoon
  • rice vinegar 1 teaspoon
  • salt 1 teaspoon
  • black pepper to taste

For sauce:

  • soy sauce 1 cup
  • pineapple juice 1 cup
  • maple syrup 1 cup
  • red pepper to taste


  1. Cut chicken breasts and put it on the skewer.
  2. For making sause mix maple syrup, soy sause, pepper and pineapple juice.
  3. Boil the sauce and reduce fire. After a while take it off the fire and let it cool down.
  4. Cut fresh pineapple, jalapeno pepper and red pepper. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
  5. Fry kebabs. When they are almost ready, pour maple syrup on them.
  6. Take it out from the fire and put on a plate. Strew the dish with a mixture of jalapeno, pineapples and onion.
