Ingredients
For chicken kebab:
- Chicken breast 6 pieces
- pineapple 1 piece
- jalapeno pepper 2 pieces
- green cilantro 1 piece
- red onion 1 piece
- sugar 1 tablespoon
- rice vinegar 1 teaspoon
- salt 1 teaspoon
- black pepper to taste
For sauce:
- soy sauce 1 cup
- pineapple juice 1 cup
- maple syrup 1 cup
- red pepper to taste
Instruction
- Cut chicken breasts and put it on the skewer.
- For making sause mix maple syrup, soy sause, pepper and pineapple juice.
- Boil the sauce and reduce fire. After a while take it off the fire and let it cool down.
- Cut fresh pineapple, jalapeno pepper and red pepper. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
- Fry kebabs. When they are almost ready, pour maple syrup on them.
- Take it out from the fire and put on a plate. Strew the dish with a mixture of jalapeno, pineapples and onion.
